Moving forward, Home Town Communications Fiber Solutions / Blue Stream Fiber subscribers that wish to watch TVE content will need to select Blue Stream as their TV Provider for all TV Network websites and apps.

If you have previously logged in under Home Town Communications Fiber Solutions and experience an error message when accessing content:

If trying to access through a TV Network website:

1.  Clear cache and cookies.

2.  Close and reopen browser.

3.  Head over to www.wtve.net and select Blue Stream as your TV Provider.

4.  Log into www.wtve.net using your wTVE username and password.

5.  Click the logo for the network you wish to watch.

6.  You may also go straight to the TV network’s website, select Blue Stream from the TV Provider list and log in using your wTVE username and password.

 

If using an Android mobile device:

1.  Uninstall the TV Network app.

2.  Reinstall the TV Network app.

3.  Open the TV Network app, when prompted to log in through your TV Provider, select Blue Stream as your TV Provider and log in using your wTVE username and password.

 

If using an iOS (Apple) mobile device:

1.  If you have logged in to Apple SSO through settings

2.  Go to Settings, then TV Provider and click logout.

3.  Uninstall the TV Network app.

4.  Restart device.

5.  Go to Settings, then TV Provider and select Blue Stream as your TV Provider and log in using your wTVE username and password.

6.  Reinstall the TV Network app.

7.  Open the TV Network app,

8.  If asked if you wish to log in through your TV Provider, select ‘Yes’ or ‘Continue’. This will use your Apple SSO login session from Step 4 above.

9.  If prompted to log in through your TV Provider and you are presented with a list of TV Providers, select Blue Stream as your TV Provider and log in using your wTVE username and password.

 

If using an extended device (Android TV, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Xbox One, etc.):

1.  Log out of the TV Network app if the option is available. Log out is not available on all devices.

2.  Uninstall the TV Network app.

3.  Restart device.

4.  Reinstall the TV Network app.

5.  Open the TV Network app,

6.  If prompted to log in through your TV Provider and you are presented with a list of TV Providers, select Blue Stream as your TV Provider and log in using your wTVE username and password.

7.  If asked to visit a website to enter a code displayed on your TV screen, on a different device go to the website provided, and follow the prompts. You may be asked to select the device type and/or enter the code displayed to you on your TV screen. If you are presented with a list of TV Providers, select Blue Stream as your TV Provider and log in using your wTVE username and password.

 

If you have not yet registered for a watchTVeverywhere (wTVE) username and password, please visit https://www.wvte.net/index.php?s=tpc010.

1.     Go to www.wtve.net.

2.     Select Blue Stream as your TV provider.

3.     Click “register” to set up your free account.

4.     Enter the LAST name of the Blue Stream account holder and the Blue Stream account number.

5.     Complete the form and click “register”.

6.     Check your email for the validation email from wTVE and click on the validation link in the email.

7.     Congratulations! You may now login and see what networks are available for your computer, tablet and smartphone.

 

If you need to make changes to your Blue Stream username and password, you will manage your new TVE account from https://www.wvte.net/index.php?s=tpc010

As a reminder, once you have registered for your Blue Stream TVE username and password, you may go directly to the programmer sites or apps to login – you do not have to log in to the www.wtve.net website first. Blue Stream must be listed as a provider in order for you to access TVE content.
